No sound. Check the silent switch and the volume, and try with headphones. On Android it is the media volume that counts, not the ring volume. Sine plays its own sounds and does not need any other app open.
Singing on Android. The singing levels listen through the microphone and are on iPhone first. They are coming to Android.
Lost progress. Progress lives on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it. Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings and your progress syncs to your account, so it follows you to a new phone.
Deleting your data. Settings, then Delete my data, under Cloud sync. It works whether or not you have signed in. Or see deleting your account to do it without the app.
Slow on an older phone. Settings, then Reduce motion. Sine and the rooms hold still, which is most of the work a slower phone was doing. On Android, a phone that keeps dropping frames turns it on by itself, once.
The Sine score is closed. It opens once a week. The date is on the Stats tab, under your last score.
Requesting a feature. Tell us what you were trying to do. The shortest note is fine.
