We are a small team making music education apps that people actually finish. Sine is the first.
Most music apps teach you to play. Almost none teach you to hear. We think hearing comes first, and that it can be taught to anyone, at any age, with the same care a good teacher brings and the patience a good game brings. So we build small, focused apps that do one hard thing well, for adults who were told it was too late and for kids who have not been told anything yet.
A note before a chord. A chord before a key. Every lesson earns the next one, and nothing is thrown at you before you can hear it.
Sine tells you how it went and moves on. Streaks forgive a missed day. A wrong answer is information, not a grade.
Big keys, short sessions, a lemur who is on your side. A nine-year-old and a ninety-year-old sit down to the same app.
A handful of people who play, teach, and build. We do our own design, our own sound, our own code, and our own support, which is why the reply to your email will come from someone who made the thing.
