This page is for Sine, the ear-training app made by MAOI LLC. You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us.
Open Sine, go to Settings, and under Cloud sync choose Delete my data. It works whether or not you have signed in, and it happens straight away.
Write to hello@learnsine.com from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will do it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
Your account, your progress through the units, every answer and session we stored, and your saved settings. On the phone you delete from, the app is reset too.
If you never signed in, your practice data is on our servers under a random account id with no name or email; Delete my data removes it the same way. Records of purchases are kept by Apple or Google, and by our payments provider, for as long as the law requires for accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel an Encore subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
